House of HeroEs'
Group Fitness SCHEDULE

Story & Ethos

House of Heroes is the brainchild of Joey and Nada Foley, known as NYC’s fitness couple, who traded their previous careers for a mission rooted in health and performance. Joey, a former Division 1 football and track athlete and financier, continues to compete in triathlons, while Nada, a classically trained ballerina, continues to model for major fashion brands.

Together, they’ve channeled their life experiences and passion for movement into creating the Pedal House experience—a space where sports, discipline, and personal growth converge.

Striving & Thriving

Joey and Nada’s foundation lies in a shared commitment to health and wellness. They’ve dedicated their lives to transforming the group fitness environment into something extraordinary.

Pedal House put them on the map with its high-energy cycling classes.

Pure House focuses on the mind-body connection, where mental endurance meets physical effort.

Power House targets strength and conditioning, designed for those driven by performance and progress.

These modalities cater to a high-performance mentality, for individuals who aim for excellence, not mediocrity. The programming is constantly evolving—one week you might tackle heavy climbs, another week it could be speed drills, choreography, or a fusion of both. It’s not about data or metrics; it’s about leaving the numbers behind for 45 minutes and immersing yourself in the experience.

House of Heroes programming is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. It’s not just about the workout—it’s about adopting a lifestyle that prioritizes discipline, resilience, and growth. This ethos is what carried Pedal House through the pandemic and into a thriving post-pandemic era, while others faltered. Joey and Nada leaned into the challenges, committing to their mission at any cost.

Escape the Real World

Every House of Heroes class is crafted to elevate your fitness experience, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, it’s all about creating a meaningful escape. The workouts range from 45 to 90 minutes, with monitors provided to help you disconnect from electronics and focus on active meditation. You’ll push yourself harder and perform better—without the distraction of numbers or spreadsheets.

With a state-of-the-art sound system and immersive lighting, each class is designed to clear your mind, rejuvenate your soul, and transport you away from the mundane. It’s not just a workout; it’s an experience that will leave you feeling stronger, sharper, and ready to conquer anything.
